Thank you for considering La Paz for your purchase. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and experience. Our shipping policy ensures that you receive your order promptly and hassle-free.
Domestic Shipping:
- All domestic orders are shipped via trusted and reliable courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is between 7-14 working days, except for art pieces or handcrafted orders. For handcrafted orders, please check the product description.
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed.
International Shipping:
- PLEASE NOTE - We are solving bugs for capturing payments, therefore, please contact on +919953886555 or our Instagram before placing an order.
- We ship internationally through our trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is between 14-21 working days, except for art pieces or handcrafted orders. For handcrafted orders, please check the product description.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order on our courier partner's website.
Payment Options:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) up to an order value of INR 10,000.
Exchanges:
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the instance you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note our exchange policy:
- Products can be exchanged for size changes only, provided they are in perfect condition and our customer service team has been informed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The customer must contact us via email at hello@lapaz.in to initiate the exchange process.
- Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging are intact when returning the product. For swimwear, the hygiene tag must remain intact.

Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us for an exchange, as well as the shipping cost of the new/exchanged product being sent out, will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items, as La Paz is not responsible for any lost shipments.

The customer must initiate the return within 2 working days of receiving the order and share the relevant shipping details.
- Returns sent after this window may not be eligible for credit or exchange.
- Credit notes issued must be redeemed within 3 months of the date of issuance.
Refund Policy:

Sales and Discounted Items:
- We do not offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations on discounted items. All sales are final.
- Prices and discounts during sale periods are exclusive to the event and will not be honored before or after the sale.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- Products purchased using credit notes are considered discounted items and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. This includes credit notes issued by La Paz.
Non-Exchangeable Products:
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
- Items exhibiting physical damage to the box or product, or those returned without original packaging.
- Any product missing original items included at the time of delivery.
- Art pieces or handcrafted products.
